Is there anyway to clear my lesson history so I can completely startover? I think I would really benefit from starting all over and would prefer if my syllabus reflected that!

Hey! So I applied to about 14 schools and am still waiting to hear from 13 of them...BUT I just got accepted to a school (not my dream school but still good) with a deposit deadline due April 10 and a scholarship acceptance deadline by April 3. What should I do? I don’t think I’ll get most of my decisions in by those dates at all, since I applied close to the deadline for most of them (took the Feb LSAT)
Especially for those who plan to go or want to go to UPenn, what are your thoughts on the Amy Wax controversy? Amy Wax used to be a 1L professor who stated that African Americans rarely finish at the top half of her classes. She also made numerous other racist statements in the past as well.
Hi everyone,
How do I interpret "All A are only B"?
The conditional is clear, "no B then no A" but when thinking of it from a categorical perspective (like syllogisms etc) I'm no sure what it would look like or how to diagram.
Example:
"All diamonds are expensive"
"All diamonds are only expensive"
The first clearly allows for diamonds to be other things too, like beautiful, sturdy, etc.
But the second seems like it's saying that yes, all diamonds are expensive, but also that they're nothing else (so they're not beautiful or sturdy, just expensive)
Thanks in advance! This has confused me...
Why do more people seem to want to attend school in California? Its literally like watching the East coast and West coast battle over more schools in the top rankings. I'm just curious if others are currently living in a warmer area, and are dying to get out? I live in South Florida, and can't imagine spending my Law school career in the same state. I may be missing a bigger picture such as costs, acceptance, scholarships, etc. I'm just wondering as to why so many of those, whom already reside in Cali want to stay?
Hey Guys,
This week I am meeting with a friend of mine who is a recent Harvard Law grad! I wanted to poll this community to see if you guys had any specific questions for him. I'll be sure to ask him on your and my behalf!
Thanks :)
Hi - I am reviewing a few videos and they pause and start, pause and start. Specifically, the videos pause for about a minute or two, then start for about 10 seconds and then pause again for another minute or two! Its so annoying! I haven't been able to watch a full video. My internet is running fine - kids on it and no problem for them. I am using chrome and cleared my cache but the videos are still pausing. Please help. I need to finish several videos today.
I get into work every morning, start up my computer, and then open a tab for LSN, LSL, Reddit Law school admissions, and 7sage. I swear I refresh every page at least 2 dozen times a day....and then check the status checker for the 8 schools I'm waiting to hear back from.
And I get SO frustrated when people who submitted their applications after me, and with lower numbers get in. The silence is killing me slowly (and probably annoying all my friends who are sick about hearing about law school applications).
We rush everything.
I couldn't wait to be done the LSAT, then I couldn't wait to finish applications, and now I just can't wait to move and start school. I feel like my life is in this weird holding place. So I'm reminding myself (and anyone who might need it) to chill the eff out.
This is the last spring/summer before we become law students. The last summer to be (somewhat) carefree. The last time we apply to law school, and can sit here and obsessively talk about a process that has consumed our lives with people online who are essentially strangers. Never in my life did I think I'd be on reddit this often. Old me would make fun of new me.
Enjoy the process. Breath. Stop obsessing over something that will happen.
Hey sagers,
I have finally come to the conclusion that i need some help w/ taking my RC to the next level. I am averaging -5 per section but its prettly volatile and i can get as little as 2 wrong or as many as 8. Who would you suggest as a tutor for RC methods and time management
My goal is to be taking 5-section tests from now until the June LSAT, but I want to make it feel as real as possible. Does anyone have a good method of disguising the extra section within their test? I found a RC section from another test that matched my RC section # and blacked out any identifying information. I shuffled up the 5 sections and made sure I had no idea which was coming next. It was kind of a hassle and I ended up knowing which was which anyway (I inadvertently took a glance at the first passage when blacking out), but I'm interested to hear how other people organize their 5-sections. Any tips would be helpful.
Hi everyone,
I was just accepted into Emory Law, which I’m still freaking out about ! I initially thought I would be accepting Brooklyn’s offer because I want to work in NYC. Goal was Columbia but I’m doubtful I’ll be accepted. If I want to practice in NYC, should I focus more on rank or being situated in NYC? I know Emory is the better school but Brooklyn does pretty well with big law in NYC.
Thoughts ? I don’t know any lawyers in the US, so really 7Sage is my only place to get answers haha.
When are you guys planning to work out during law school? Morning, afternoon, evening? I was thinking of doing a 3-day a week full-body workout regimen consisting of deadlifts, squats and bench. What kind of workout plan will you guys follow?
I guess you guys really know what's up with wanting to stay & study law in Cali. Recently just saw this news article and I guess practicing law on the West Coast for many reasons including the people. Thought of all those in the past convo we had.

Hey guys!
I was hoping to get some thoughts on this..... I took the Dec. 2017 test and scored a 146... (horrible I know). I'm registered for the June test right now. I did however send out a few apps with that 146 just to see what happened.
Surprisingly, one of the schools I was really interested in, DePaul, admitted me with a little money as an incentive (36k total). DePaul is ranked poorly, but they are one of the few schools with the program I'm interested in (IP with cultural heritage concentration), they have top professors in that specific field, they offer externships in the field, and they have an LLM which I could get in the same 3 years. I've already got an MA in History and I guess I won them over with my dedication to the cultural heritage field....However, that 36k doesn't go very far- I'd still be in the hole 6 figures and with DePaul's stats, maybe without a job at the end.
I really want to start school this upcoming Fall, but I'd go next year if there was an opportunity for more scholarships if I score higher on the LSAT. My gpa isn't very high (3.34), so the LSAT score is really my only shot. Knowing I'm already in at DePaul however is killing my study vibe.
So I'm really curious, what do you all think? Aim for a retake or take the offer and run? Thanks!!!!
More snow here on the East Coast, all schools are shut down in NY & NJ... another storm. Another push back. If you're like me pending to hear from some schools in these areas, don't be surprised if we get a delayed response yet again :(
Do most schools care about your undergrad GPA after admission? I'm in my last semester of undergrad, and of course I don't plan on bombing my last semester, but I was wondering if schools care about the GPA on your final transcript.
Hi everyone,
I wanted to get people's opinions on this. When I was at college I had a verbal disagreement with a public saftey officer that escalated to me writing a formal apology and doing some community service. Since I was the subject of a disciplinary hearing, I want to obviously disclose this information. I called my alma matter this morning and they have no record of anything, ever happening with me during my time there. I asked for a letter, signed by the Dean of Students, attesting to that fact for my records moving forward (which they are willing to provide), but how should I disclose this?
It was 8 years ago so my memory of it is far from perfect, so should I just say that I had a verbal disagreement with Public Saftey and state that my alma matter has no record of it, along with submitting the letter as evidence? I want to disclose it, but I also don't want to look stupid since I'm disclosing something that technically doesn't exist and no one has a clear record of. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated, thanks!

I've been having so much trouble staying focused lately. I can be active, awake, ready to go, then the minute I start a lesson, I start crashing.
Not sure if its because the lessons are getting harder, and since I'm not getting it I'm getting sleepy and losing interest. Does this happen to anyone else?
What do you do to stay awake, and engaged in the lesson?
I feel so behind schedule when doing the Intro to Logic section it was 59 lessons. It took me 2 weeks to complete. I feel like I already forgot the previous sections. Hopefully it all comes back to me when I do practice questions. How do you all keep everything fresh?
After hearing testimony after testimony on the benefits of combining both The LSAT Trainer ("Trainer") and 7Sage strategies, I finally went out and purchased the Trainer. I already purchased the the 7Sage Ultimate+ package and plan on taking the Nov 17th LSAT.
For those that have employed both programs in their study regimen, what have you found to be the most effective approach in managing these 2 methods? Would you advise reading the Trainer book in its entirety before diving into 7Sage? What have people typically used Trainer and 7Sage for? I heard that Trainer has a solid approach for RC and LR flaw questions and 7Sage for LGs and the balance of the LR question types. Do people generally agree with this?
Not sure how to juggle these two approaches in the most timely and effective manner nor what to use each for. Any advice would be appreciated.
I have just receieved a full tuition offer from a law school ranked outside of the top 100 nationally however this school is well regarded in its region and is relatively close to where I live. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hey all,
I've been selected by Cornell as a finalist for a full-tuition merit scholarship. They're flying all the finalists (Approx 16) to Cornell for a ~2 day interview process (the first day is technically a "social" dinner but it seems like you'd want to be kinda in interview-mode for that).
I was wondering if anyone has had experience with these types of interviews. Was the formal interview you received with one person? A professor? An admissions counselor/dean? Or was it with a committee? Professor committee? Admissions committee?
@goingfor99th I'm not sure if you did the scholarship interview with Berkeley yet, but if you have do you have any advice?
All thoughts are appreciated!
Best,
Paul
I took December and February lsat. I started applying with my December score. Golden Gate's aggressive email advertising and fee waiver made me apply there. I wanted to send a first-tester app, to a low rank school, just to give the process a dry run. Well, I got in with my fIrst score, almost full ride, and pre admitted for their honor student program... I took February lsat, but decided not to check my score. Apps are sent, schools know.
Now, the question is: would you consider going to a no-rank school for free? Would finding a job be an issue? Any of you with similar experiences?
