Hi! I'm looking for a study buddy in Beijing. I'll spend most of my time in Capitol Library near East 3rd Ring Road South. Welcome to join me!
I generally get 163s on my full length practice exams. Using (http://www.lsatqa.com/), it shows that generally my LR is 20/19, LG is 17, RC is 25. The problem with my logic games section is when I have a full hour, I can get all of them right. When it is timed, I only get a small section done, and then speed guess on the rest (in an attempt to get some points rather than none) if there's 2 minutes to go. My question is: I sit for the exam in December. Should I focus on improving LR, or try and improve on LG to get more total points? I don't need to apply for law school until fall of 2014, so I can a) choose to withdraw from Dec and take in Feb b) try and study as much as possible before Dec 7, c)_____?
Does anyone have the link to the lesson reviewing "if and only if" ?
Thanks!!
Hey!
I'm looking for somebody in Montreal, who is taking the LSAT in December, and has a goal of 160 range! I'd really like to have a study buddy for PT's and review to help with my motivation haha.
Looking for study partner Michigan ...I'm in Roseville. Please contact me if interested. Thanks
Hey guys, ALL the videos crap out on me a couple mins in. I'm using Chrome. Help!
When doing BR, do you just apply the method to LR or also LG and RC and if so how?
Okay so the past two practice tests I've done I did well on one LR section and not so well on the other. I got a 20 and a 13 and a 20 and a 14. Is this normal to perform so differently on the same type of section? The higher score was the earlier section for both tests so does it have to do with endurance?
my BR scores have been usually between 160-165, but they have stayed in that range very consistently. I was hoping to see an upward trend in the BR scores but it hasnt occured lately - does this mean I'm not improving on the test? let me know what you guys think
Was wondering what you guys thought would be possible? I've been studying since june, had a 139 diagnostic and last week scored a 156.
Breakdown was (AC's Correct) :
LR1 - 20
LR2 - 21
RC - 16
LG - 12
Wondering what you guys thought was possible for June? Let me know!
with my subscription do I have access to more than the one June test from LSAC, or do I need to obtain practice tests separately?
I know the games in the latest tests are a bit different or perhaps easier as many say. Is it wise to probably work back on the preptests from preptest 70? so that I'm not faced with "oh crap i need more time to practice on this new kind of stuff" a week before the exam.

three PTs you may have never seen before are within the link above
for anyone who has done these please share your thoughts about its difficulty :)
What should I do if when I blinder review my LR section I DO soooo much better than under timed conditions.
Thank you!
Basically, I'll do crappy on LG on PT's . like we are talking getting 10-12 correct. I'll blind review and usually get perfect or, -2 . Not sure what answer I'm looking for or if I am going get pointed toward 10 blank sheets of LG's ! anyone else have a similar problem with games?
Hi, I received 141 for October LSAT. This score is unexpected, because my range for practice exams was from 147 to 152.
I plan to retake December LSAT. Would you share some study tips? Is it better to watch 7sage lecture once again? I was panic on game section on October LSAT.
I got 152 October 2012 when I was a senior in college. This score was almost what I expected (a little below) because I knew I was not applying that year.. I didn't prepare that much.
And I took my second LSAT last October and got 152. This was totally unexpected because I expected 159-163. But I was so nervous in game section and messed up (I guessed almost 10 questions in game section).
I am retaking December LSAT. I am pretty confident that I will score about 5 to 10 points more...as long as I don't get too nervous as I did before. Even though I got 10 more points, that is still under 165 which was my ultimate goal....
Any tip for retaking third LSAT??
I processed two recommendations and transcript, and I am working with my personal statement. Should I go for ED with 152? Or should i just wait for December score and apply then?
Also, I heard that law school applicants are keep declining... would that increase the probability of admission this year??
I was so discouraged this morning after I received my score :( :(.... Please help!
I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on this method?
So far I've just been doing VIEWSTAMP and following the 7Sage advice, but I can't help but miss several per PT section. Anyhow, I was wondering if it would help to switch it up a bit by absorbing the questions first, but I am worried that this approach wouldn't work because my reading would become biased.
just received my Oct score, had a 6 points jump but still below some of my reach schools' median. I see my improvement and am pretty sure that I can do better if do it one more time. Now my personal statement and everything else is done, so I will be able to concentrate.
Question is, does it look bad in front of admissions committee when they see my score from three consecutive testing date? I know this is a stupid question but I'm a little concerned. There are probably some other test takers just like me who is planning another run.
Still, I am kinda happy for my improvement. Wish you all reached your targeting score! If not, see you on December 7th :)
I'll have PT's where I'll bomb a games section, and do pretty good on all the others.
I'll have a PT where I bomb reading comp, and the other sections go not bad
I'll have a pt where I bomb an LR sect and do MEH on games, but have a good RC and other LR sect
Almost all of my PT's lately have been like this, I cannot put a full PT together. I'll do good on some sections, bad on others, and it just varies from section to section per PT to PT. anyone else having this issue?
SO it seems to be easy to own easy flaw questions but the harder ones...the answers are so vague! And I've been getting everyone of the harder flaws wrong! GAH! I'm taking my LSAT in FEB but I NEED to master these.
Please. Any help would be great.
If you don't reach the minimum score of LSAT in December, can you to attend the law school in 2014?
Has anybody used earplugs while testing? And if so what kind?
I keep getting this annoying "html: network error" when I'm in the middle of watching a lesson. It's always almost halfway, lol ><". I'm using chrome. Is this something wrong with the site or with my computer? Is anyone else getting these messages?
Getting a tad exasperated. Just when JY gets to the juicy parts...
