I got it down after diagramming, but I might stop watching the videos for MBT questions because they only seem to make the questions more confusing lol

I used De Morgan's Law to solve this one after diagramming the conditional statements. Did anyone else do the same? I feel like this video explanation was more confusing.

I was between A and C, but picked C because Ginsburg conceded that no Western object had been neutral. In my opinion, she was acknowledging the merits of Weiner's argument. How did we come to eliminate it?
