4/5 well I should say 4.5/5 #3 I added black holes cause I thought it was the noun in the predicate but hey I'll take it. I'm breaking down these sentence one by one.
I took a lot time to answer but I'm glad I got 3/3 right. I'm finally understand what the questions are asking. However some answer choices I don't have no idea what they mean especially one that had phenomenon in it.
I was in between A and E and end up choosing E. I didn't understand the answer that much but i knew that that statement was supporting the premise to present the conclusion. I got it right for the blind review though.
okay so I learn that a is saying it is a sub conclusion supporting the main conclusion
while E is saying it is a premise for a sub conclusion
I got it right but I was wrong for the premise and conclusion. I had it the other way around. What i did was find the answer that matches what the passage was saying.
I believe that the trash bin argument is weak because it still allows room for the reader to make claim in there own head on how it Mr. Fat is not the culprit.
In another post I thought Tiger one was pretty strong cause it got to the point but now I see that it not so strong cause the conclusion is pretty vague since there are many mammals. The premise only specify one type of mammal.
I say that Disney is strong because it leave you with no other choice but to believe. Walt only had two options if he didn't do one then he had to the other.
Tiger: Not every plant can be eaten. After all some are poison to humans
Disney: The university is giving out back stage passes for the homecoming concert. To get a pass you either enter into the raffle or purchase a backstage pass. Terry didn't have any money to spend on backstage passes. Therefor, Terry had to enter in raffle.
Detective: Red juice was spilled all over the kitchen floor. The toddle had red juice all over her. Therefore the toddler knocked over the red juice
I feel like the tiger argument had one strong premise while the Disney argument used multiple premises to make a claim. Also the Disney argument gave us two methods to obtain a pass and told us Walt didn't do one of the method so therefor he had to the other method to obtain the pass. It was kind of like putting the puzzle to together.
