Free LSAT anyone?
Hey, I don't know if this happened to anyone else looking for #help. Was doing my course and then the database crashed and now it says I do not have access to my course. Anyone know what to do?
Hi, I'm wrapping up my junior year of undergrad at my university in Japan and I wanted to know when the best time to submit my transcript would be, considering the fact that I still have a year left to go.
I'm planning on applying in the next cycle, in hopes of attending law school straight out of college in the fall of '21. I would love to connect with other international applicants who are in a similar situation as me!
.
I study best in coffee shops and libraries. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to study outside of the home? Thank you!
Does anyone know if we need to create a Proctor U account? Has anyone received instructions on how to sign up for time slots tomorrow morning?
Hello guys please when solving an LR problem is it okay to ignore the context and read the argument only to be a little fast, since we just need premise and conclusion.
Thank you
Hey everyone, I'm just wondering if the digital LSAT more closely resembles the 7Sage format for practice sets/tests or if it resembles LSAC's "prep plus" interface more closely?
I'm taking the June flex and I'd prefer to be PTing on whichever interface is closer to the real thing.
Thanks.
LSAT flex will probably have timer right? Just asking because on LawHub it says your allowed a nondigital analog watch. But why need one if they have timer?
Anyone planning to take the LSAT in Oct? I was thinking about establishing a study group. I’m based on the east coast.
Hi all,
I’ve officially finished the curriculum (the instructional video portion) and have started the next phase of taking PTs and blind reviewing. My score has improved since starting the 7Sage course and learning from the videos, but is not where I want it to be. How much did you all see your score improve once you started taking regularly practice tests and applying what you’ve learned as opposed to when you had only had the instruction and done the practice problem sets?
Maybe I'm just late but 7Sage used to have a bunch of explanation videos on youtube? Now you hae to purchase something inorder to access them? Please explain.
Hey Everyone!
Just curious about how you all are using (if at all) the Section Difficulty meter for Logical Reasoning?
I'm drilling LR sections in-between practice tests and there is obviously some fluctuation from section to section; part of that is being only 3 months into my studies (completed CC ~month ago) so there is naturally some variability in my scores. But the other components are of course luck and difficulty.
Anyways, I'm trying to track my progress and it obviously is not going to be linear but I'm curious to what extent, if any, I can assess my progress with the section difficulty meter. For example, is a -2 in a 1star section more or less equal to a -4 in a 4star section; conversely, is a -5 in a 2star section much worse than a -5 in a 4star section?
Does anyone alternatively try to gauge the difficulty by looking at the curve of the test? (obvious drawback here is that it's including potentially a very difficult LG or RC section)?
Maybe the 'right' answer here is to not be too focused on the score (minus whatever) and be instead focused on BR performance and understanding lol but to the extent that a (perhaps over-)emphasis on the raw score is somewhat inevitable, what are your thoughts?
Hi everyone,
I just made the transition from the curriculum to taking practice test. I have taken two so far: Feb. 1997 and PT36 Dec. 2001. I am aiming to sit for the actual test November 14th of this year, but I want to make sure I am using my time wisely.
Does anyone have a strategy with the practice test? Should I take about 10 or so test from PT36-58 Group then take about 10 from the 59+ group?
I’m open to discussion.

I started the core curriculum April 5th. I am scheduled to finish the lessons around the first week of June, at which point I will have just the practice tests to do. I am taking the August 29 test. I took a practice test 3/4 weeks ago and I got a 161 (my target score is 165/166/167) When should I take my next practice test? How often should I be taking one?
Is there any roadmap to be able to take practice tests on 7sage in an lsat flex format? I've been taking my tests with skipping the 2nd LR section, but the 0 in the 2nd LR section is skewing my analytics page. Would love it it was possible to exempt the 2nd LR section for scoring / analytics purposes.
Hi everyone. I have just started studying the core curriculum. I wanted to ask if we are supposed to be marking the Logical Reasoning questions like JY does during his explanations. Also, can we cross out answer choices? Are these features available on the digital version of the test? Thanks for the help.
Hi everyone,
I am confused about how long I should be waiting between doing a game and then repeating that same game. In the foolproof method video, JY seems to imply that you do the game back to back, over and over in the same sitting/day.
Do you prefer to do the same game multiple times in one day or wait 24+ hours before repeating the game?
Thanks!
Hi guys! I hope you and your loved ones are doing well!
I am in the process of finding a tutor, and I was wondering if those who utilized tutoring services during their LSAT studying could share their experiences (positive or negative).
I have some general questions:
Thanks so much in advance!
Hello,
I am a rising junior and plan to take the LSAT my senior year. I am also extremely new to the world of LSAT so I have basically no idea how to formulate a study plan or how my diagnostic should be viewed (if any help I would obviously like to score 170+).
I took the diagnostic on Khan academy and got a 159 (-4 on first Logic Reasoning, -14 on logic games, -7 on Reading Comprehension, and -5 on last Logic Reasoning) -- not sure if that should be converted to -9 on logic reasoning, -14 on logic games, -7 on reading comprehension.
I recognize that I am begining to study seemingly absurdly early but I have a few reasons for this
1 - an abudance of time this summer for obvious reasons
2 - not sure I can devote much time during the academic year.
With all of this said, what should my long-term study guide be. I have no ideas what I am doing right now or how to generally go about this, so any and all feedback is much appreciated!
(Also sorry if these types of questions are redundant or are not welcome here)
Thanks!
Hello, I am looking for a study partner/group to get ready for the LSAT, I am just starting so someone similar would be awesome. I need someone who is definitely open to text messaging and phone convo to really break down this information and someone who is very serious. Send me a message if you are interested.
Hi all, I need your advice on how to better focus and concentrate while I'm studying and taking PTs. I have the CC down, I understand the material, and my timing is good for the most part (I'm able to look at every question in the 35 minutes). However, I have trouble focusing while I'm reading RC passages and LR stimuli and I find myself having to reread because I wasn't paying attention. I have no idea how to make myself concentrate better on the task at hand. Any suggestions are much appreciated!
Unfortunatly my circumstances MIGHT not allow me to take it in a 100% quiet environment. I can drowse out a little bit of noise but why risk it? Does LSAT flex allow for earbuds? If not i can wear a hoodie right lol and just hide em
When it comes to a hard question on LR, do you actually just leave it blank and move on, or do you take an educated guess and flag it? if you do leave it blank, how do you decide when to skip? After reading through a certain amount of times or simply just feeling confused after reading the stimulus.
Side note: does anyone know if you can actually flag questions on the real LSAT? Or is that just a feature of the we have on 7sage
Thanks in advance!
