If you're confident that you will score higher next time, I wouldn't cancel. Law schools would see your improvement in as little as 2months and give you some brownie points for that. Even a 2 point improvement would show them how committed you are!
I scored the exact same in oct ! All depends on your GPA, softs and where youre applying. If all else is avg, then 154 is likely low for Os, UofT and UBC. I'd say keep it and retry for Jan, 2months is a lot of prep time!
