I took the August LSAT a few days ago and am planning on retaking it in October just to be safe. Should I apply as soon as possible, even if I don't know all of my scores yet, or submit at the end of October once I know both scores?

Does anyone know if you can update your application with a new LSAT score after you have submitted it? I took the August LSAT and got a 168, but was averaging around 173-175. I plan on taking the November test. Should I apply now or wait?
Would it be better off to take the November test and then retake in January or wait off until January to take it for a higher score? And this is for the current cycle!
