wow these MoR questions are the easiest of all, such a relief
Here's a tip for y'all. Oddly, I've gotten almost every answer correct first try!!! but then on the blind review I second guess and change the answer which is somehow always wrong. I learned to take the conclusion and just negate the answer that makes the most sense according to the conclusion. I stopped second guessing and went with my original answer and now keep getting them right. go with ur gut, don't be so concerned with the "timeframe" because somehow im answering correctly almost a minute early!!! this makes me second guess more because im like wtfff did I do this too fast? just go with the flow and try negating the answer that goes with the conclusion, hope this helps :)
Answered B the first time and then switched to E on blind review cause of the "only if" sufficient/necessity confusion smh
switched my answer from B to D.... knew it was wrong once I reread "should act" like omgggg
"but not otherwise" confused tf out of me
fell for the trap and switched my answer from B to D smh. the "reasonable belief" is what confused me
I chose E because I got used to turning down "negative rules", which is what D is. It says the government ought not to, which is what put me off it. Gotta now remember that it could be a negative rule at some point.
got 5/5 I love this drilling system
I don't know how I found this question to be so hard wtf
sorry but the future lawyer in me is still on Charles side for question 10. Yes I agree that its kinda obvious he would know BUT IF THE CLIENT DENIES KNOWLEDGE THEN IM BACKING HIM AND REPEATING HE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE
This is a lot more complicated now especially if your moving fast lime me
sorry this made no sense to me at all
bruh..
Damn I chose A to begin and then switched to D in BR after connecting that it makes sense that the other side will gain advantage from the negative info.
Thanks for explaining the differences in answers A and C as C was attractive to me for a little due to the concession she makes. However, your explanation that she doesn't concede on the core principle of the argument makes a lot of sense as to why A is correct.
I love how the teacher explains words that others may not know the definition of!! This new RC curriculum is helping me out a lot
1st place disney argument: It's the strongest because it clearly states the two ways which Walt could obtain the Genie pass. Therefore, if he doesn't obtain it through one way, its obvious he obtained it the other way.
2nd place tiger argument: It's mid strength because there isn't a strong argument as to why specifically tigers are more dangerous than other mammals, but having basic knowledge of tigers and how they behave supports the conclusion that they are aggressive and can cause injury to people.
3rd place trash argument: It's the weakest argument because there is no conclusive evidence that the cat knocked over the trash bin other than the cat licking its paw the way it usually does after it eats. There may be other circumstances which may not be known to the detective, but the cat licking its paw is not conclusive enough to assert blame on it.
didn't even BR cause I was that confident and got it 24 seconds early, im on a roll now with these I feel so motivated
Yes I’m having the same issue. So annoying
finally got one wrong lol its ok tho
wow ngl I just realized im actually pretty good with the shallow analysis got this question right 7 seconds before the time and was very confident in the answer. hopefully I don't jinx myself lol
damnnnn I got E first try and in 1 minute but then switched it in BR.... so annoying
