All groups now meeting at 7pm ET. Folks with schedule restraints—please just join when you can. You won't miss much. Any serious objections, please PM me. Schedules can be changed but only if you let me know!!

Questions about upcoming weeks' schedules? Look at this. http://classic.7sage.com/discussion/#/discussion/3490/october-15-group-br-calendar-now-available

BR Groups, Week of August 19th: Weds (PT63), Sat (PT64)

I'm out 'til the end of August. But I'm an anomaly. Lots of LSATers goin' STRONG. Are YOU??!

So, join in for some BR this week.

Wednesday, August 19th at 7PM ET: PT63

You know what to do.

LSATurday, August 22nd at 7PM ET: PT64

Only 6 more LSATurdays to go!!

Note on all groups

  • For the newbies: Add me on Skype, using handle nikkers625 .
  • For the regulars: If for some reason you're not in the group conversation[s] already, just message me on Skype.
  • For everyone: take the PT under timed conditions; BR as you are able; join us for all or part of the call—everyone is welcome.
  • Note: For the purposes of the call, we like to check our group blind review score together at the very end of the call :) So at least don't say ... "No guys, really, it's D, I checked it."
  • These groups work best when folks from ALL stages of prep and with all different goals join in! Not just for "super-preppers" and definitely not just for the casual LSATer (does such a person exist?).
  • The only expectation anyone has for these calls is for you to have fun and ask questions as you desire. We are just a bunch of LSAT lovers who gather via Skype and intellectually slaughter each test.

No one showed for the early BR last week. If you’re interested in it this week, let me know and I’ll add it to the schedule.

NOTE: We’re moving Tuesday’s BR group to Wednesday to avoid all of the juicy webinars that 7Sage has scheduled for that day.

    Here’s the schedule this week:

Group BR is awesome, but feel free to disagree with me. I’d hate to create an environment of Groupthink.

Hello, everyone. I am studying heavily for the LSAT and want to link up with anyone else who is gunning for the June 3rd exam. My ultimate goal right now is to attend the most prestigious school I can get into, and what I am really hoping to do is connect with even just one person who shares this mentality. It is less important for me what that school is for you, and more important that you are studying for the LSAT with that goal in mind. I know there are many reasons to attend law school and many reasons NOT to adhere to the logic I list above when pursuing law school. Regardless, for my own reasons, this is my mentality approaching school and is the mentality I am seeking to develop in community with any others who share it. I appreciate everyone's respect of that.

In my mind, our meetings would be less about studying itself and more about just getting together once a week (or however many times) at a public location (coffee shop, restaurant, etc) to discuss our situations and connect over shared goals. I would be open to taking full, timed PTs on weekends together, but really I am just looking for some accountability and competition.

About me: 22-24 yo, 1-2 years of post grad work experience, attended liberal arts college in the NE.

    Hi,

I am looking for a study partner to meet twice a week to do PT and BR together until the June LSAT. I took the September and December 2017 LSATs (161 and 160). I had been PTing at 167-172 before the December LSAT, but I got really sick on the test day. June 2018 will be my last shot, so I want to make every effort to get a 170+ on this test.

I work full time, so I am available after 4 p.m. on weekdays or during the weekend. My strongest section is Games (usually -0), so I can help with this section. I am looking for someone with strength in either RC or LR.

Please let me know if you are interested!

I was just curious to see if anyone had taken 66 today (to be BR'd as a group on Wednesday night). I like to review the LR sections one question at a time before the group session just in case I miss something with the group--I've found it to be very helpful in the past. Message me if interested!

PT53 BR Tonight at 8pm ET

It's your favorite day of the week.

    Note on all groups

  • For the newbies: Add me on Skype, using handle nikkers625 .
  • For the regulars: Please let me know if you plan to join tonight's session and have not yet been added to the conversation.
  • For everyone: take the PT under timed conditions; BR as you are able; join us for all or part of the call—everyone is welcome.
  • Note: For the purposes of the call, we like to check our group blind review score together at the very end of the call :) So please do not check your answers beforehand :-) Or if you do, just try not to say things like "No, guys, I checked, it's D."
  • These groups work best when folks from ALL stages of prep and with all different goals join in! Not just for "super-preppers" and definitely not just for the casual LSATer (does such a person exist?).
  • PLEASE ... Ask questions !!!! In so doing you are giving others the opportunity to uncover weaknesses in their own understanding, review fundamentals, and ultimately improve their own score. And you're giving yourself the opportunity to do the same. Wow, such harmonious learning experience.
  • The only expectation anyone has for these calls is for you to have fun and ask questions as you desire. We are just a bunch of LSAT lovers who gather via Skype and intellectually slaughter each test.

    Hi there!

I was wondering if anyone in the Boston area needed a study buddy. I'm currently signed up for the February test, but don't think I've studied adequately enough, so I'll likely cancel my score and take the June test. If meeting in person doesn't work for you, I'm happy to call via Skype or another online platform. I'd ideally like to take one practice test per week (I don't have too much time as a full-time student), and I'd want to review questions together and maybe exchange studying strategies.

My goal is 170+ but I'm currently hovering in the 160 range with BRs in the upper 160s. Since I've been self-studying this entire time, I thought working with a buddy might freshen things up and provide a new perspective. I know there are larger studying groups happening at the moment, but I think working one-on-one or in a small group might be best for me.

    Feel free to message me!

    Hey ,

I understand that we are going through different parts of our LSAT journey. This is why I wanted to know if anyone wanted to be accountability partners? If you live in chicago that is a plus because we can study together in person. If interested please message me.

Hi I am studying for the Dec test and wondering if there's anyone wants to study and discuss questions together. We can meet in a library or the meeting room in my building. My location is close to Bloor&Yonge. Lets study together!

Hello everyone, just wanted to see if there are people in the Sarasota area that would want to connect and study together. I take the April LSAT but depending on how well it goes, I might have to take it again in June. I'm a little too inconsistent on my practice exams and would like to work with different people and learn how they approach different questions. Also, I am currently in Gainesville for school but will be back in Sarasota in like 2-3 weeks.

    Hi,

I've seen a few message boards concerning group chats. However, it's not clear whether these message boards are translating to real groups being formed. I'll offer to start a discord group for anybody that is aiming to take the LSAT in September and or October, as I am.

    My user is @dcforrapii

Send me a message, and I'll start it up :)

WV resident looking for someone to meet up with to study in person occasionally. Located in north central WV but willing to meet up within a reasonable driving distance.

Currently about 2 months into pretty relaxed studying but looking to create more structure/accountability.

If this sounds interesting reach out whenever!

Hello, I am currently scoring 161 and have tried to join study groups in the past but unfortunately, they have become inactive or study at different times than I do. I study in the evenings east coast time starting at 4 pm ET to nighttime. Is there anyone else who would like to study together in the evenings and keep each other accountable? We could do it over zoom, discord or even WhatsApp. If anyone is interested, please DM me.
