It seems a lot harder to not go to the AC that you remember just because you have memorized it and not because you know the inferences when you repeat the question so how do you repeat without doing that (or should you)? Additionally, I read somewhere about doing parallel arguments during blind review. Can someone give me an example of that? I am finding it hard to picture what exactly that looks like

Hi,
I have been taking practice tests since end of June till now, and I keep on getting -11 to -15 on LR sections. My LSAT is in October and I am quite nervous about whether I will be able to improve on the LR sections in the next 2 months, especially since I am going into my fourth year of my undergrad in the fall.
Does anyone have any general tips for me on how to improve on LR sections??
Thank you! #help
I take the exam on Sunday and im in need of some last minute tips. I dont plan on taking another PT but I will be drilling and taking individual sections over the next 3 days.
How do I tackle 4-5 level LR questions? On the PT I just took I got every question right except for the 6 questions that were 4-5 level difficulty. I thought I got them all right but I fell for every trap answer ):
Any suggestions on increasing RC score a couple points? Even if it is new strategies / how to eliminate wrong answer choices? Im awful at this section and have not been able to increase my score consistently. The best I've gone was -6 but just now I got -11.
I am tasking the LSAT in November and looking to either form a study group or join a study group. I am even interested in finding a study buddy as well !!! Please someone respond I am ready to ace this LSAT!!! :)
I'm convinced at this point that I'm just not smart enough to do really well on this test. I can never, ever get a 4-5 star question right in the target time. It ALWAYS takes me an extra 30-40 seconds, which is just a deal breaker come test day. Is there anyone here who used to have timing issues and then overcame them? This just feels like it speaks more to my innate abilities at this point.
Any guesses what category it will be? I'm assuming LR...
Hello! Would anyone like to form a study group to keep each other accountable? I am free most of the day and would like to start studying between 9 and 10 am EST time. Am open to Skype, Zoom, text, calls, facetime etc. I am in the eastern time zone.
I finished the logical reasoning section of the CC. Upon learning the basics of logic, I realized I am noticing that people, specifically lawyers and those who had studied for the LSAT in the past, actually use these logical indicators when they talk. For example, in the Netflix drama, Better Call Saul, Saul and his colleagues always use logical indicators. Furthermore, I begin to speak using logics, and it is just interesting. I am always drawing Lawgic in my head. I am just wondering if any of you, LSAT experts, could write the following statement in Lawgic as I still need to practice writing statements in Lawgic within my mind. Here it is:
If you do not want to do it, I am moving forward without you.
Here is the Lawgic I have:
/W → /Y
W= Want
Y= You
Could you all please see if this is correct?
Best,
Ken
How do I practice a fourth variable section that is not LR on 7Sage?
I chose E and was very confident about it on both timed run and BR. My reasoning was, the first premise is talking about "legislation," and the conclusion is about a "trade agreement." I thought it was super vague whether a trade agreement should be considered a legislation since we don't even know who are the parties involved - it could well be a trade agreement between a few private companies and it would have nothing to do with legislation. I know I am making a lot of assumptions here, but I just didn't feel safe to assume that a trade agreement = legislation, either. E basically says the principle doesn't apply to the specific case of the trade agreement, but it turned out to be wrong.
I can totally understand why B is correct. But why is E be wrong? Am I just thinking too much? How can I avoid this kind of overthinking in LR? Thanks so much! Any help is appreciated.

I read on Amazon that June 2020 LSAT test will be released soon as a practice test.
Does anyone know when this will be released on 7 Sage and LSAC Law Hub?
Thank you!!

Shouldn’t A be wrong because we can’t assume that CAN = SOMETIMES
I CAN GET HURT ===//==== I SOMETIMES GET HURT
Thought D would make the most sense as the main point is that PW can be undermined by its own tastes.

Hi,
I am currently scoring 149 and hoping to reach 165 by December. I work full-time so, it's hard for me to study by myself and stay on track. Anyone here interested to study together with the goal of improve their score?
Update
Wow this is great response!
I am not sure how people normally do this in the forum. Any suggestions?
I am happy to coordinate it whether it's WhatsApp, Skype, Google or any other way to form the study group. Please feel free to make suggestions and how you would like to study as a group?
Thanks everyone!
Currently averaging 163-165ish with the highest PT at 169 several times. I am currently trying to focus on getting better at Reading Comprehension, but would love to help others in any section. Bonus if you live in Toronto!
Message me and we'll get an active group cooking.
I've been so focused on prepping that I've neglected checking whether things I've gotten used to during PT's are allowed during the digital, remote Flex test. Does anyone know the answers to the following?:
Are we allowed to have more than 1 drink on our work surface? (I usually drink both coffee and water)
Are we allowed to drink from that 1 (or more) drink(s) DURING the test? Or only on the 1 minute switching break between sections and the 10-minute break?
If we have to go to the bathroom during a section and simply can't hold it, are we allowed to (obviously taking away precious time from the test) or is it strictly prohibited, resulting in a cancelled test? (I'm contemplating taking urine and bowel suppressants to try to prevent this emergency...)
If we plan to be away from our computers for much of the 10-minute break, how can we keep track of the time elapsed? Is there an audio alarm for the break? I'm guessing if we're not allowed to use our phones or our laptops for any other purpose than taking the test, we're not allowed to set a timer on our phone clocks or on our browsers to keep tabs on break timing.
I know we can't use noise-cancelling headphones to deal with possible environmental noise distractions, but, instead, can we run a white noise machine in the same room in which we're taking the test?
During the test, are we allowed to touch the screen with our fingers while working? (I've gotten used to doing this with games.)
And, lastly, are we allowed to mutter under our breath while working on the test? I know we wouldn't be able to do that in an in-person test because it would be distracting to other test-takers, but in the remote format is it prohibited?
How do I move past the Blind Review? I just want to see whether I got the problems right or wrong. lol I'm probs an idiot
I am a non-traditional applicant in more ways than one. I graduated from undergrad 20 years ago (2.52 gpa) and got into a law school with a 154 score. Unfortunately, I lost a family member during my L1 year and just had no clue how to manage. I passed my classes but at the end of that year I didn’t make the attrition cutoff and was academically disqualified. Given the state I was already in, I took this failure pretty hard and thought that was the end of my dream.
I eventually returned to grad school and just this year completed my Masters with a 3.77 and want nothing more than to go to law school, but I have so many questions! Am I even permitted to apply? Or do I need to have the law school I attended agree to remove themselves from my LSAC records. Who should I be going to for help with my application? I find it really hard to believe that law schools would punish someone 20 years later for not being able to cope with L1 and bereavement, but I don’t know.
If anyone has any information on where I can get help and answers, I’d really appreciate it. If 7Sage admissions counseling is able to help with this, I’d gladly sign up. #help #admissionscounseling
Thanks
Hi there,
Does anyone have any tips on how to properly use the Microsoft tablet provided by LSAC?
With the test quickly approaching, there's pretty much nothing I can do at this point but make jokes about my deepest worries surrounding the test. So, does anyone feel like they have a strong feeling as to what the extra section will be? My heart is hoping for LG, but my brain is saying (and fearing) an extra RC. I think by telling myself I'll be retaking in October no matter what, my anxiety has been greatly reduced. However, I can't shake the feeling that I'll be doomed to proctor issues. What's everyone else doing this week to relax?
Does anyone know if 7sage has a section for where you can just take practice sections? I know I could take a practice test and only one section but I don't know what the section type is until I start.
What I'm looking for is a place to only do LR/RC?LG test sections to build endurance and speed.
Citizen's Sufficient Condition: Interest in helping the economy
Citizen's Necessary Condition: Building a business park
That is to say, if one has an interest in helping the economy it is a given that they would build a business park; if they do not build a business park then there is no way they have an interest in helping the economy.
Question is NA, focus on the above necessary condition when looking at answer choices - If she did not believe that building a business park would help the economy, then fail necessary -> fail sufficient implies she has no interest in helping the economy, which disagrees with the assumption that she does not believe that the business park would help.
In other words, if she does not believe a business park would help she could still be acting in the economy's best interest by doing what she believes would help. This is why it is required for the citizens to assume she knows that building a business park is better than the highway.
Just curious, is it common and/or advised to write an addendum for both a low LSAT and low GPA? Or should you really just pick one?
So i've been studying for about 3-4 months. I'm consistently scoring in the low 160s but would like to break 170. Originally I struggled a lot with logic games so I worked hard on those but the last 3 weeks or so my test scores have gone down from my highest (166) because im missing 7-8 questions each on RC and LR. Originally I was missing far fewer on those sections and i'm feeling frustrated that my score in those sections has gotten worse. I know I can retake the test but any encouragement or advice? I'm particularly struggling on NA questions for LR and just not understanding passages in RC (i.e. I'll get every question right for one passage in RC and then four wrong in the next one). Idk what I'm asking for but any comments are appreciated!
Im going to take one more PT this week before I test on Sunday. Anyone have suggestions on what PT to take (or a few to choose from) based on similarity to what August will be like?
pm for a study group if interested
