Hi - I'm trying to access PT 35 but all the PTs are greyed out. I'm looking under "course" and then "extensions and prep tests". I have the Ultimate+. Can someone help?

Hey everyone,
I am a new mom and I’ve registered the June and July LSAT in NYC. I just wonder if anybody know about LSAC’s Modifications for Nursing Mothers policy. https://www.lsac.org/jd/lsat/policies/nursing-mothers I am considering to request the modification.I know it sounds good, but since LSAC doesn’t give much detail about it and there is few case for reference, I am concerned if there are any potential drawbacks outweigh the benefits for this request.
According to this policy, LSAC may grant applicants extended or additional breaks for pumping. However, I am not sure if longer break is a good idea. I mean could it take me extra time to re-enter into the exam mindset after the break? Beside, I am also worried if they would put me in a single, separate room to take the test, which could make me feel more nervous.
On the other hand, I am five month after childbirth now. Though it is less painful than the first three months, I do feel uncomfortable for more than 4 hours without pumping.
Since I am a first time taker, I really appreciate any experience or advice sharing. And good luck with all your preparation.

I hope you're ready or gearing up to start PTing for the June 2018 LSAT. Join us this Tuesday if you are finished with the CC.
Provisional Schedule: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=f3n8s2l60gkgm2ju8m8kk4vhn4@group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America/New_York
Note:
For everyone: take the PT under timed conditions; BR as you are able on your own; then join us for all or part of the call—everyone is welcome.
Note: For the purposes of the call, we like to check our group blind review score together at the very end of the call :) So at least don't say ... "No guys, really, it's D, I checked it.” KEEP THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOURSELF. Win the argument with your reasoning.
These groups work best when folks from ALL stages of prep and with all different goals join in! Not just for "super-preppers" and definitely not just for the casual LSATer (does such a person exist?).
The only expectation anyone has for these calls is for you to have fun and ask questions as you desire. We are just a bunch of LSAT lovers who gather via GoToMeeting and intellectually slaughter each test.
Enter any questions you wish to go over on the spreadsheet below!

I recently took PT25 and scored 138 under-timed condition ( i guess more than half the test because i ran out of time) and my BR was 156 and my aim score is 160. so i am confuse as to what does these scores show? does this mean i need to focus more on time? what can i do to bring my timed test up? also I plan to take the june test and i no longer have access to the CC because i got sick and forgot to pay before it expired. but i do have detailed notes from the CC and I do have copies of all the LSAT from PT 1-74 and i havent use any of the test from 26 and up. if anyone have any suggestion/methods on how i can improve my score i would love to hear them.
So, I was waitlisted at one of the schools that I am highly interested in. If I eventually get accepted, will I still be eligible for grants and scholarships from that school?
I’ve heard back from a few schools, but for many I haven’t even gotten info for the online status checker (and these schools do indeed have them). Anyone else in this boat? Any ideas/thoughts as to what is going on?
Thanks for any input!
Got waitlisted at William & Mary last week. I admit I applied late and my stats are right in their medians. In addition I am URM with substantial work experience. Anyway, I log on to LSN today and see a 154 with a 3.4 GPA undergrad get accepted without a waitlist offer??? We even submitted our apps around the same time.
Here's the accepted student's profile: http://lawschoolnumbers.com/NCO1996
Sorry - I know this sounds completely narcissistic and obnoxious but...seriously? This whole cycle is just getting at me. If anyone has insight or would care to rant about this cycle...feel free to do so here.
Hey,
Any advice on dealing with GPA addendums that address very sensitive topics?
I went to my first uni for freshman year and into November of sophomore year. Verbal harassment (and a video posted online of him doing it in the name of “education”) was so bad throughout my time there, that the school offered to erase history of me having ever been there my first semester sophomore year (grades and tuition) in exchange for me not pursuing a lawsuit. I’m writing an addendum as the freshman year grades were not representative of my ability, given all I was going through in the classroom (this was a conservatory style program, where you have the same professor for a good chunk of your classes).
At my next university, I earned a 3.79 gpa, inclusive of 15 graduate level credits (this was an academic degree versus music).
My plan is to state the facts clearly and succinctly and then reshare my GPA for my time at the second university.
I've read a lot of advice online - people saying that the best time to negotiate is right after the seat deposit deadline. Problem is I'm between two schools and one of them has a $500 non-refundable, which is pretty steep for me. Is it worth it to try a week or two before the deadline?
Hey all,
So for some SA Q that use logic and are formulaic, there are cases where there are 2 premises in the stimulus, and it turns out that you're only supposed to use one as the "bridge" or "link" to get to the conclusion. The other premise is thus USELESS. How do you know/decide which premise to use?
An example is PrepTest June 2007, Section 2, #23.
2 premises are stated in the stimulus. You then have to figure out the common sense assumption that one element in the conclusion links up to ONE premise, and then use that as the bridge to the conclusion. the other premise is thus useless/nonrelavent.
it's easy to say this now after knowing the correct answer choice, but when you're doing SA questions on the fly and you're presented with multiple premises/bridges/conditional statements, how do you know which one to use, and on the flip sides, which ones are useless?
Many thanks for the help.
Don’t think I’ve seen this info anywhere... but thinking about sending an additional LOR to a school I’m waitlisted at. Can you do this through CAS? Do you just assign another letter? Or since they already received your report do you have to send directly to the school? Anyone know?
Hi everyone! First post since becoming a 7Sager last week :)
Does anyone know if the free proctored prep test that Princeton Review periodically provides is the same test each time? I went to a free event months ago (it turned out to be the June 2007 PT) and am signed up for the upcoming test this Saturday.
Hi everyone,
I'm gearing up for June and LG is holding me back from easily scoring in the 170s. Over the last four PTs I'm averaging -6.5 on this section. I've been studying for over half a year, and I already did PT 1-35 FPing. Before the last four PTs I used to go approximately -3 (never -0), but now I'm -6.5. I even took two weeks off from PTing in March to focus on LG--did drilling by type, but on the two PTs afterwards I got -5 and -6 on LG. Worth mentioning that I do the pacifico method with each new weekly PT I take.
As expected, I BR 100% nearly every time. During the exam here's what I think happens: I go too slow (feel this most during my setups; often feel rushed for the last game/or the game I skip and come back to at the end), my setups aren't 100% (sometimes I freeze while diagramming/miss an opportunity to optimally diagram), I make avoidable (in hindsight) mistakes with questions. I've also been running a list of every mistake I've made, if anyone wants more info.
Maybe my procedure is sloppy? (I also wrote up a worddoc describing my ideal procedure, lol I'm trying everything.) Idk what's up. Getting frustrated because this is the section everyone says is easiest to improve on, but it doesn't seem that way for me.
Now I'm at a loss as to how to improve and would appreciate targeted help. I know I need to do more drilling but I want to be efficient about it before June. Should I be doing more sets of LGs from new PTs? Does this sound like time pressure anxiety?
Would really appreciate any words of advice (3(/p)
Should I bother asking for more $ even though I don't have much leverage as far as other schools with better offers? I haven't paid the fist seat deposit yet, so maybe that would be considered? Looking at the law school numbers site, two people have been accepted after my group with lower LSAT and GPA and were offered the same amount...
Thoughts?
I just got my first 180 on a practice test and I'm about to pass out from excitement.
About me
Diagnostic: 148 (LR: -18) (RC: -14) (LG: -21)
Current PT Avg: 167 (LR: -8) (RC: -5) (LG: -2)
I'll be sitting for the test throughout this upcoming cycle and aiming for 169+. Tutoring offers me an effective way to internalize this material and get over my own hang-ups keeping me from a consistent 169+ score. Also, I've been working with a pro-bono tutor for the past 6 months and I'd like to pay that forward.
I can meet for 2-3 1-hour sessions per week via skype and I live in pst timezone.
EDIT: Please feel free to DM me if you're not comfortable posting publicly. And for the sake of clarity, this is a pro-bono offering : )
Hey guys, I'm in the process of wrapping up my CC within the next month or so and I was wondering if there is going to be BR study group for those of us planning for Nov 2018/Jan 2019 seating??? If so, I would love to join the group! I noticed the June 2018 group started a while back to give plenty of time to get through the PTs without rushing, so I just don't want miss out if this is already in motion!!!
I'm waitlisted at my top choice. Not accepted anywhere. I'm already studying for a June retake, about to submit my LOCI tonight, and will have an additional LOR sent next week. What else should I be doing? Should I visit again? Thanks in advance!
Does NYU send out notification if you are under review for first second or third rounds? I saw something on reddit that indicated that NYU applicants can see if they had several “under review” dates. I’ve been “under review” since late Feb, or at least that the status date on my status checker...
I have tried deleting and re-installing the app but the LG’s will not play.
I know it's early to think about this, but what are some typical/ideal jobs for the 1L summer? I know for your 2L summer you should be looking at law firms, but I heard firms are increasingly hesitant to hire 1Ls. Just trying to get idea since I really haven't heard much about the 1L summer.
Any recommendations?
Hello, I had dropped out my first college, after getting 7 semesters, as I was not into my major, and then I entered another college with a different major and graduated. Should I register my first college record at CAS?
I'm confused, beacuse I attented that school more than 2 years. So I think I have to do, but I am afraid whether it has a bad effect on me. Should I just skip this?
Hey does anyone have good links or a list for the different type of cookie cutter questions? I know there's the oldest trick in the book and the like, but I'm drawing blanks on everything else. I'd love to get as many as these together to drill and foolproof them!
does anyone else find that they do worse on LR practice problems from tests before 2001? I find myself struggling with old problems more, particularly the vocabulary.
