You should try to spend less than 4 mins per passage and then 4 mins to answer the questions. Of course some passages are more difficult than others, but 4 mins should be the max. per passage.
Relavent to LR:
Do you tend to miss the Q's on the same question type (i.e Flaws, Necessary Assumptions,etc)? If you're only missing like -2 to -4 wrong per section, then you might just need to work on your timing as you have the basics down.

I'm in the same boat and shooting for two weekly. Additionally, I'm going over fundamentals and note cards too; it's good to switch things up both for the sake of solidifying concepts and being able to study longer perday.
