How can you get in touch with one? I heard apparently it was free if you have purchased CAS?

First off, congratulations on your score for the September LSAT!
I have seen a lot of rejoice and I have seen a lot of heartbreak today. For those of you who scored at or above your desired score, the stress is over, you are going to law school! For those of you who scored below, take a deep breath and relax. Some of you may have been aiming for the 160's and ended up in the 150's but guess what? This isn't a death blow! There are PLENTY of schools that take students in the 155, 3.0 range and those are good schools! Remember, this isn't considered to be a very strong year for applications. Unless, you scored in the 140's, you will find a place somewhere. Also, do you know why the T14 is so romanticized? The perceived benefit mainly revolves around the alumni base these schools have but guess what? Every school has alumni that are well off. Learning to network is key and graduating in the t10 at a 2nd or 3rd tier school will attract some of the best firms around. Take your future into your own hands, you will be okay! Remember that there is more to life than this exam! Once again, congratulations to all!
Hi all!
Hope everyone had a Happy New Year!
I haven't been studying much since I was focused on finding employment after being laid off from COVID, however, I'm happy to say I'll be starting a new job this week, and I feel like I can refocus my attention on the LSAT.
The last time I studied consistently was probably early November. I did a bit here and there throughout November/December, but I would say probably only an hour or two every other week. I feel like I'll be rusty getting back into more of a strict schedule, and like I may have "forgotten" my strategies for LR/LG. Does anyone have any tips for someone who's taken a break for this long and is now returning to LSAT studying again?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you :)
Is there anyone in Alabama studying for the LSAT? It's really hard to do this alone. Online support is fine, but I live in a small rural town and have been hoping to find someone within the state to help each other out with LSAT prep. So, anyone out there?
Hi! I managed to get a 172 on the January LSAT, despite not being in the best mental state. I'm retaking in June and aiming for 99th percentile. Anyways, I just started anti-depressant medication a few weeks ago, and am worried that it might be giving me brain fog/lack of motivation and focus. I feel pretty much the same, maybe just in a bit more of a positive mood. My last PT was a 177 (with medication), but it was also an older test. Has anyone had experience with medications affecting their score? I don't want to be in a situation where it affects my ability to focus on the test, and I end up with a lower score in June....
Is it worth doing if you don't get into the full time program?
Has anyone had experience retaking the LSAT to get off the waitlist?
Considering doing that

"In the Introduction to Logic lessons, J.Y. talks about how All Jedis use the Force, and J is in a small circle (sufficient) within the domain of the F (necessary).
But in Advanced Logic, he talks about how A->(B->C) = A and B ->C = A is “kicked up” and B->C happens in A’s domain.
But how come the domain in the first Jedi example is the necessary clause? But then the domain is the sufficient clause in the Advanced Logic example?"
I'm going through the curriculum right now and I'm up to LR pseudo-sufficient questions. There were some lessons in which I felt sort of weak on (for example weakening questions), though I feel compelled to just keep going as I want to finish the curriculum in the allotted time I originally planned in my study schedule. How often should old lessons be reviewed? Should I drill down those lessons before going on? Or should I just keep going, finish the curriculum and then go back and review old lessons?
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this...but upon hearing the RBG news I actually cried. A symbol of integrity, tenacity, and righteousness for all. I figured since we're all aspiring lawyers, others might be feeling the same way about her.
I read someone else say this on twitter, and found it worth reposting:
"Her rest is earned. It is our turn to fight."
Thanks endlessly to an eternal legend.
Hello,
When answering principle questions, we want an answer that obviously doesn't violate the stimulusm, and conforms most to the text.
Is too general an answer choice bad? And in using certain words (specifically the medical advance question in the PT 40s) , can we assume that two words can mean different things or that one word can be more inclusive and cast a wider net than the way it is used in the stimulus?
So one question said that medical tests are advancing so that we can detect diseases early, but most of these diseases aren't curable yet by medicine. Then it raises an ethical dilemma.
Now the answer choice I put is "the more we learn, the more you realize how little we know".
The correct answer choice was "advances in medicine can raise ethical concerns".
If we assume that advances in medical technology/tests constitutes an advance in medicine then I understand it. But it states that we can't cure them using current medicines so can we really say medicine advanced?
It was too uncertain to me so I went with the wrong answer, the more general one. Or maybe there is another mistake in what I chose.
Thanks and GL studying !
Hey! Question for 170+ scorers— after extensive BR of incorrect questions and any anything that gave an inkling of trouble, what do you do with your PTs?
Background: I'm a month out from July 15 test date, 170 average, hoping to edge that average up in the next month to secure a 170+ on test day.
4.0 UGPA, want to be in NYC for law school.
Currently focusing on ridding myself of any problems with RC, which is my most problematic area. -0 to -3 on LR, foolproof level on LG. Working on mental discipline/simulating test-taking endurance and timing test-taking techniques.
Taking 3 PTs/wk (67-71, 81, 85-86 left), 25 hours min of studying/wk. Plus a full time grad student in the MA region.
What would you rec I concentrate on to make that last bump and secure my knowledge in this last month?
Many thanks in adv.
The lsac website says tbd - week of the 14th. Can you assume you will be testing on Saturday the 14th or Sunday the 15th? When will the official date come out?
I'm registered to take the LSAT in October. I'm wondering if people think it would be worth it to also register for the November LSAT? I know it would really only be helpful if you scored higher, but would law schools see if you cancelled your score for the later one if you didn't do better since you can see your score before you cancel now?
Hi all,
I have four potential candidates I'd like to reach out to for LOR.
Two TAs (one from an elective course: leadership and resiliency i.e. not very hard, and the other was regular course)
and two Professors. Both very accomplished professors, one of the professors is the founder of the Public Policy school at UVA. I received A - for both classes the professors taught. All four taught different classes.
The professors don't know me particularly well, one class was a lecture with 120 students and the other class was a seminar with 15. On the other hand, I interacted with both TAs on a regular basis (many email exchanges, office visits, even study sessions over the phone during final exam period). The ratio for office visits was probably 3 to 1. Notably, I got a bad grade in my midterm for the class that non-elective TA taught but ended up doing really well at the end through many consultations with him and guidance he provided for my final paper and exam. I impressed both TAs and definitely have better, more in-depth relationship with them. I think they would write a stellar and very personal letter of recommendation and suspect that they will have much more substantive things to say about me than the professors.
So my question is,
Who do you think I should ask??
Do you think the admission officers would weigh a letter that has more depth and is written from a TA who knows/likes me but admittedly teach a not very challenging elective course? Or would they weigh a banal letter that sounds like other typical letters from well-known professors?
At the end of writing this I have decided to ask the other TA who taught a regular class but I still need to decide between my leadership class TA vs the two professors. I graduated a year ago and plan on submitting one or two LORs from my managers and supervisors.
Any thoughts/comments are greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
Hi everyone! :)
I'm looking for an online study buddy! Or someone in Tulsa, Stillwater, or OKC. Taking the exam in September. Cold diagnostic was a 156, aiming for mid 170s.

Does anyone have suggestions for the best place to actually take an LSAT Flex? I am schedule to take the exam in August (guessing it will probably be a Flex), but absolutely cannot do this in my house as there are way too many distractions. I was thinking about getting a hotel room. Would love to hear what others have done in June - or are planning to do in July.
For those of you who have closed a large BR gap. How did you do it? currently scoring around 157 timed and BR around 164/165. I obviously need to do more PTs. Would love to score at my BR level lol. Generally feel like under timed, my brain doesn't catch on as quickly and effectively. I'm starting to recognize some patterns here and there in LR and RC. Questions 1-18 on LR, I can do them fairly easily (though not with perfect accuracy, again my brain just doesn't register as quickly under timed, but when I'm BR-ing, i'm like how did i miss that). It's the questions near the end, they just really eat me up. Tips welcomed!
Also any tips on improving RC?
Looking for any success stories/general tips as a guide. Thanks!
Actual:
LR: -8 to -10 per section
RC -9
LG -5 to -7
BR:
LR -5 to -7 per section
RC -5
LG -1 to perfect
Hello,
I am new to 7sage and plan on writing the november 2020 LSAT. I am looking for some guidance or precedence on how to effectively use the study schedule provided by 7sage. Currently, If I begin tomorrow, the recommended hours per week are 46 and that seems to be quite a bit. If that is not doable, are there any suggestions on how to make my own schedule?
Hi,
I applied to a school before getting my LSAT score. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with how long it usually takes for LSAC to send your completed report to schools?
Thanks!
Hi there! I am currently scheduled to take the August LSAT flex (it is now spread out over a week) and signed up for one on September 2nd. I know that typically you have until the day before the LSAT to drop out, but since this one was supposed to be on August 29th, I was wondering if anyone knew if I had to drop by the 28th or if I could drop on September 1st. Thank you!
How did you guys work on getting better at RC? Any advice would be appreciated. Taking the November LSAT and even a 2-3 point increase in this section would bump me up from mid 160's to high 160's.
Thank you in advance.
I recently completed the core curriculum and decided to take PT 36 completely untimed. I scored a 172, and although I know this is not indicative how I will perform under actual testing conditions, does anyone have tips on how to improve timing? I am aiming to hit the 170+ range timed by the end of August (not sure if this is reasonable).
Hi folks,
I've started to blind review with the practice tests, and I'm a bit confused on what PTs to blind review with. I've done the first 4 PTs, and they're going well, but I've heard that the later, more recent PTs are more representative of the question types and difficulty I could expect on test day. Does anyone have any thoughts as to whether to start at the very beginning of the tests, or to jump ahead and start PT'ing with the more recent tests? Thank you so much!
