Since everyone is in the middle of deciding to cancel or not, general questions asks... is a 142 and a 160 look better on your application or a cancel and a 160. Can somebody shed some logical light on this ?

I was planing to take Feb one but then realized that I won't get ready by then... so I want to cancel Feb one but I am afraid that it might leave a record or some sorts?
