Hey guys!
Here's the official July 2018 LSAT Discussion Thread. Please keep all discussions of the July 2018 LSAT here!
We know that everyone will be excited to discuss what was on the July 2018 LSAT, but here are some ground rules:
:warning: Don't mention specifics about the test! (e.g., "I got B for question 6" or "the 3rd LG was sequencing")
It can get both us and you in a lot of trouble!
:warning: Saying that the test was hard/easy is okay, but anything more specific is not okay!
:warning: The only exception: you can say which sections were real or experimental. For example, asking questions like “Was the LG with "flowers" experimental?” is okay. You can say “The LG section with "flowers" was real!” But you cannot say “the 3rd game of the real section was In/Out game.”
TL;DR: PLEASE don't talk specifics about July 2018 LSAT!
Have fun discussing!

I got a 168, I'm very happy, but am planning a retake for a few extra points/possible scholarship money. It has been a long and exciting journey and I credit 7Sage with a huge part of my success.

Good luck to everyone getting their scores.

174!!! Couldn’t have done it without 7sage
Just got my score! So happy :D
168!!!! What a pleasant thing to wake up to. Got it at 6:15 am PST. Not quite a 170 but it’s 2 points higher than my average score and I’m happy. Might not retake. Probably won’t retake.
175! Owe it all to 7Sage! Ya'll (Administrators) and the community have been amazing.
Thank you 7Sage! 173 first time and not planning on a retake. The blind review and study buddies changed my life.
First one on the books, 158. One point below my average. Can't say I'm happy, but hey could be worse. On to the next one. Best of luck to all
I am burnt tf out I hope I don’t have to retake
What a freakin shit show
Am I the only one that completely biffed the Logic Games (my fault, i know)? I had an experimental logic games and it was quite easy; come to find out it wasn’t the actual LG :(
Good luck!!!!
If anyone signed up for the September LSAT and isn't planning on retaking, don't forget you can request a full refund!
September LSAT Registration Refunds Available for July Test Takers
July LSAT takers with a reportable score can request a full refund of their registration fee if they wish to withdraw their September registration after receiving their July score. Eligible candidates must submit a request for refund by August 17, 2018. Requests must include your name and LSAC account number and be emailed to LSACrefunds@codyjfife907.org using “September Full Refund Request” in the subject line. Refunds will not be issued to those who were absent, cancelled their score, withdrew, or were dismissed from the July test.
I just looked on LSAC and can confirm today is not gray day. Sigh*
Man, I'm not gonna lie -- I briefly looked over those Powerscore predictions and so I knew that there was a potential circular game lurking in the shadows, but I figured that LSAC would never re-administer an exam so quickly.
Knowing the reputation of the 4th game + knowing that the section wasn't experimental definitely played some sick psychology on me during the timed exam. In the end, all my mistakes are my own, but man that's such a weird and twisted thing to run into during an LSAT.
Good luck to everyone today! We have worked hard and now its time for the payoff! Let's crush it!
LSAC has tweeted scores are coming out Friday, Aug 10, no earlier than 9am:

Okay and can I just say THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING HERE.
This thread is really helping me cope right now and I think I’m finally approaching the stage of acceptance and inner peace lol.
WHAT DOESNT KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER PEOPLE! You all rock
I had a experimental LR. I think it was the first one. Way tougher than the others. LG sucked. Only got 2 of the 4 games fully
LG with senior and junior YWZ as 4th game was real.
Just got out. I had LG LR LG RC LR.
@sunnytsao313794 on test day I just couldn't "see" the connections for the games in my first section. It was my first take and games is statistically my best section. My first take taught me two things: 1.keep fighting even if I think I didn't perform well on a section, that first section hurt my confidence for sure, but I had to put it aside. 2.In the weeks leading up to my take I was so focused on LR and RC, I didn't really dig that deep into games, the lesson there for me being: don't sleep on a section just because I think it is my best section lol
The last PT I took was a 168: PT 84, but prior to that I was in the low to mid 170s. I'm taking November. I hope to fix some shortcomings and earn a few points. Congrats on your score also my friend!

Hi,
Can anyone tell that is 7Sage courses include tutor(one to one interaction) or not? I read here https://bestlsatprepbook.com/7sage-lsat-courses-review/ that 7Sage biggest disadvantage is no real tutors.
Anyone who is using 7sage course please explain.
thanks
Just so you know, that page contains outdated information about 7Sage.
It says, “LSAT prep test papers are not included with the 7Sage course. You will have to buy it separately.” But students do not need to buy LSAT PrepTests separately to use with the course. PTs come with the course as printable e-docs.
Thanks But i am more concerned about the tutors.
This is a thread about the July 2018 LSAT, so I'd appreciate if you can post another thread if you would like to talk more about it!
I may be wrong, but I don't think there are any LSAT online courses that include one-on-one tutoring in the price range of $179 (3 months) - 749 (18 months). Plus, you can always ask questions on each page with #help and also you can post questions here on the Forum.
As @timothyhaga701 mentioned, 7Sage has a list of approved tutors:

[Admin note: Ultimate+ includes 12 months now]
12 more days!! Is anyone going to start studying for a potential retake this week? I took a whole week off studying it’s been lovely.
I kind of wish this test was disclosed just so I can see how JY would have tackled some of these questions.
