The trap I fell for is the "It's true that he said it, but it may not be true that what he said was true/had an effect"
@danjpeach96 While I was reading the passage I said speed = transistors, which turned out to be what they were asking about.
@GDatria715 What if they had made attempts but those attempts failed? The text is unclear on both of our points, that's why C is wrong.
@VanessaPonce They have a feature next to the comment button that shows you the question. While it doesn't allow you to highlight and answer it interactively, you can still go through the question, and there are analytics to explain it as well .
@catintheLSAT Same here. It was between B and E for me. I chose E just because I wanted to be on time, but I had a feeling it was wrong because of its strength, but chose it anyway 💀
@deji Me too! But I just disregarded it because 'the coach knows better'. Nope, it was a trap. Guess I'll trust my intuition from now on.
@jadasherald Me and you both... I keep missing questions because I THINK I know what it's asking, or THINK I understand what the option means. I got the logic part down to the T, so the small oversights are irritating.
@Elideebeep Thank you so much!
Heroes and /wear capes
Heroes <-s-> /wear capes
you get the point..
@samacus44 The problem is if we had 0-49 and 51-100, we could technically use that.
But since our dear '50' is there, we can't because what if it's exactly half?
It's not most, but it's also not a minority, so there's room for contention there.
I made quite a silly mistake in that I didn't properly read the question.
I correctly diagrammed everything, but in the back of my mind I was looking for reasons Matilde SHOULD buy the vase, completely forgot the second part of the question/diagramming
@AmyEK Yes. As a visual learner I looked at it using the superset and subset visual model. The superset is 'coming 5 minutes + after the ring of the bell', and the subset is 'marked as late'. If a member is in 'marked as late', then the member NECESSARILY came 5+ minutes after the ring of the bell.
But if the member is outside the 'coming 5+ minutes after the ring of the bell' superset, it is IMPOSSIBLE to be marked late.
I don't know if this makes more sense or confuses things, hopefully the former! Good luck with your studying!
Yeah... just yeah
