For RC, do you guys blindreview by reading the stimulus and going through the questions? Or do you just forget blindreview, and go straight to J.Y. explanations? Or both?

I am taking my first practice test soon. Should I do the circling for unsure answers that is discussed in the blindreview method? I am basically confused if this method is for practice tests or just individual sections.
