I'm working through the CC and I frequently have time during the problem sets to BR any questions that I've flagged. I've been using the extra time to go back on questions I'm not sure about. There have been times were I have been able to clarify my reasoning for AC being right/wrong and reach certainty but when I can't reach 100% certainty it isn't due to a lack of time, but rather a knowledge gap. Given this should I still be blind reviewing?

Can someone please explain to me how we can automatically make the inference that M cannot go into 3, when it appears M is also associated with Speech as well as honors and Speech appears to have no restrictions for table 3 ?!?! So Shouldn’t this open the possibility of M being able to be in table 3 as well, even though the rules declare that all variable associated with Honors be in tables 1 and 2 ?!?!?

Hi everyone! It’s my first post on 7sage so here goes..I just finished my diagnostic test and am getting ready to start the blind review process. I haven’t done much of the core curriculum. When I circled questions while doing the test I found that I was certain about almost none of the questions. On one LT section I have twenty questions circled. Is this too many to be beneficial? Or is this pretty typical when first starting out?? Thanks!

Hi everyone! It was just announced that the July LSAT will now be administered online as the LSAT-Flex format. I was hoping that anyone who took the previous LSAT-flex administrations could give advice to us who are about to take it!

Here are some question I have:

  • How do you wish you would have studied differently to account for the new format?
  • Do you have any advice for test day and dealing with the online proctoring system?

Hey everyone! Trying to improve my speed with games that a SUPER heavy on COMPLEX Lawgic.

Any recommendations for good games from 1-36, 37-41 or 72-81? (These are the games that I've already done; the rest I'm saving as fresh PT's). Additionally, any games that use bi-conditionals would be extra-beneficial since this is also probably an area of improvement for me.

    Thanks in advance!

Did anyone get a loaner tablet from LSAC for their May FLEX test? If so, how was the user experience? And was it easy to navigate and read comfortably?

At what point should you feel comfortable that you have "mastered" a particular approach to a LR question type, so that you no longer need to review all the answer choices? or should you ALWAYS read all the answer choices? For Example, in MP questions, if you find the answer choice to be "C", do you continue to read thru the other answer choices, or just select it and move on? Is there a difference to your strategy if you think "A" is the right answer choice, do you read all choices in that situation? Plz share any info on answering strategies to increase speed and accuracy. Thnx!

    Hi there,

I am going through my BR of the June 2007 LSAT. I got question 13 of section 4 wrong, so I am trying to understand why B is wrong but E is correct. The passage is focused on the study of music and language in humans. Could anyone help explain the reasoning to me?

    Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone! I'm an international test taker. As LSAC announced today, our paper test in June is becoming FLEX in July. This makes me very nervous since I've never experienced digital LSAT. So according to your experience, what kind of equipment works best for FLEX? Desktop v. Laptop, Mac v. Windows, with a mouse v. without a mouse, touch monitor v. non-touch monitor. Any advice is welcome! Thank you so much!

Hi, I was supposed to take the 28 June test in East Asia but it's been switched to FLEX, and I'm trying to make an account for ProctorU for taking the FLEX.

When I try to make an account it says "choose an institution" but my uni's name is not on the list nor can I choose the LSAC as my institution.

How did y'all make your accounts?

    thanks

    LG Help

Is it better to nail one section of LG before moving onto the next? Or continue to move forward and come back and review?

    Hi guys,

I am registered for the July 13th LSAT. (Today is May 27th). I am contemplating whether or not I should invest into the 7Sage course. According to the Study schedule generator, I would have to work 134 hours per week. There is a total of 168 hours per week. Assuming I sleep 7 hours per day that gives me 112 hours per week. Which seems impossible. However, I have been self-studying since August of 2019 and my score increased from my cold diagnostic of 147 to my most recent being a 160. I have also did the powerscore bibles on logical reasoning and logic games. I want to maximize my score as much as I can and I find the 7Sage course breakdown one that I could productively follow rather then just doing preptest over and over and not seeing much improvement.

Would it be a good idea/possible for me to finish the entire course by July 13th given that I have a moderately advanced understanding of most topics in the course but I feel relearning them in a different way will help me become more effective at the LSAT. Or is that just wishful thinking and I should just continue doing preptests and reviewing. Moving my test date is something I do not want to do as I am planning to apply to Canadian law schools for the fall of 2021 which opens up this coming summer.

    Hey everybody,

I'm scheduled to write the LSAT in July, and so far, prep has been okay. LR is relatively consistent, and LG has been my best section. However, like many others, I seem to fluctuate wildly in RC; in short, it is my wild card. So far, the method I use is after reading every paragraph in a passage, I write a couple of words down on a piece of paper as a "low-res" summary, and try to link all of them up after reading the entire passage. Sometimes this seems to work well, but other times (especially on dense and harder to understand passages) this strategy seems to divert my attention away from internalizing what I am reading and instead focusing on what the low res summary should be. For those that score consistently high on reading comp, do you write down the summaries or juggle it in your mind? I would really appreciate some advice on how you approach each passage, as this section is really kicking my a$$. Thank you!

    Hi everyone!

I was just wondering if it's necessary to buy the LSAC 1year Prep Plus subscription to use 7sage (I'm currently still doing the 7sage free trial)? I already bought the most recent 10 Actuals book from LSAC so I have prep tests 72-81- is that enough or do I need to buy the subscription to benefit from 7sage?

    Thanks!

With the deadline for the July test approaching in a few days... would it be best to take the July test as most likely Flex, or wait until August? I talked to a rep today about another topic and she mentioned that every single state has to be opened to go back to normal testing- all or nothing. I would love to hear from those who took Flex and the pros and cons!

    PT4.S4.Q23-24

    These were so hard.

I got number 23 right at first, but wrong after a blind review. I don't understand why answer choice D is not a necessary assumption. Isn't it important that the brains of twins aren't any more likely to suffer from schizophrenia than a non-twin brain? Shouldn't that be of utmost important to ensure the conclusion about brains in general is valid?

But more confusing to me was 24. How in the heck can we find most of the answers to be "could be true" based on the stimulus? There is no mention of any of the answer choices, like (B) being able to control it with medication, but not cure it. Where is that even implied in the stimulus? Or susceptibility in answer (A). I can't find a logical string that ties these answers together.

Is there a logic notation primer video in the syllabus? I am trying to touch up on specific aspects of the LR section but cannot understand what the 7sage method is trying to convey when items like the below are written.

    A -> B

    A

    B

    Are you sure?
