The common wisdom 'round these parts is that you'll score with +/- 3 points of the average of your mostrecent three tests. If you'll be happy scoring in that range, go ahead and write it -- just don't expect any miracles!
Definitely do the newer PTs timed, as if they were the December LSAT. The mostrecent LSATs are be the best illustration of what we can expect come December.
All of them are challenging in different areas. I would map it out in a calendar if I were you. Do 2-3 tests every week and 3-4 on the last stretch. When you figure out how many tests that would be just take the mostrecent ones in order. Hope that helps!

Update: After Blind reviewing my mostrecent PT, I scored a 157. So thats a 143/157. Just to clarify, the best way to bridge this gap is just practice tests? I feel like I need to focus on getting my time management down
