Hi everyone! Winter is here, finals are over, and I'm really feeling the lack of motivation. I find myself studying so much but not retaining a lot because I feel like I'm just dragging along. How many hours are you putting in daily? How many days off should I aim for? I feel like I'm constantly catching up.

I am genuinely stuck getting half right. I don't get it, I don't know what going on. What did y'all do to improve on RC?
Hello!
I made a discord server for those on the west coast who would like to study together.
Hi all! I am looking for one or maybe two highly motivated people who are taking the test in January (like me), and can dedicate a lot of time into pushing into the high 170s/180. I am currently scoring 170s and high 160s and want someone to talk through problems that I could use a different point of view on. I also want to have a chance to talk through my solutions to correct and incorrect problems in hopes of internalizing correct paths. Im thinking of meeting a few times a week over the next three weeks to pick each others brains and maybe start simulating proctored exams.
Im looking for someone who is dedicated and has a growth mindset, not necessarily someone who is solving perfect exams or even close to them. If you are interested, reach out and we can get in touch. :)

I find myself between two answers frequently, and I know that is not ideal. When I get them right or wrong, I struggle to understand why. What is the best way to review your answers, understand exactly why an answer is right or wrong, and stay focused during this process?
Hello everyone,
wondering if anyone is taking the February/April LSAT and also lives in NYC particularly in Washington Heights and Inwood. We can meet in person at the Inwood Library or any other space near by.
Hi you guys, I am looking for a study group or willing to formulate one in Austin, Texas! Please text me if you are interested 5127618036 or DM on instagram @onyisellstxhomes!
Hi everyone,
I wanted to create space where the Chicago folks like myself can meet up online or in person to hold each other accountable!
🔢 I'm currently scoring: 142
📆 My planned test date: April 2026
📈 To study, I have been: drilling
🔑 My goals for this group are: to hold each other accountable and to hear other perspectives
🔍 We'll focus on: Logical Reasoning and Reading Comp
📚 When we'll meet and what we'll do: We can online if easier or organize an in person meetup maybe at Aster Hall
I took the LSAT November and was completely off from my target score. I'm planning on giving myself up until June to retest. I'll be restarting my studying process next week. I'm looking for someone who's planning on studying around the time period that i am and that's willing to be held accountable to the study plan that we're going to create!
Either Virtual is fine, but DFW metroplex would be better for in-person.
Hi you guys, I am based in Austin, Texas and I am looking for a study buddy! Text me 512-761-8036 or dm me on instagram @Onyisellstxhomes!
Just started studying this week. Got a 143 on my diagnostic, and have been going over my study plan this week. I consider myself a reasonably intelligent person, but this is genuinely convincing me I am dumb. I have been doing very bad with reading comprehension with the timer and just in general getting a lot of questions wrong. Anyone else have a rough period when they started and does it get any easier?
In the study plan for each day I wish there was a way to mark all drop downs in 1 category complete instead of having to check mark them all manually. I watched about half of my study plans videos on the old platform and I can’t transfer that progress to show here on the new site (which is not a big deal) but I wish I could just mark the videos I watched all at once for certain days. It would save a lot of time and help me visualize where I am in my study plans more clearly.
Hi, I just started learning for the LSAT just a week ago and took a diagnostic test. I got a 147 which is a little discouraging, but I'm staying focused and motivated. I intend to score in the high 170s.
I noticed that my main problem was speed and comprehension. The pressure of the timer really gets to me and makes it harder to focus on what I'm reading. I've faced this problem in many tests in the past. I know I can up my base score to at least the low 150s just by fixing this timing problem and no additional LSAT prep.
All the words jumble together and stop meaning anything, then I panic about wasting time, lose my train of thought and the cycle begins again. In the end I completely missed 4-6 questions in each section alone just because of timing. I'm considering applying for accommodation when the time comes, but I want to plan for worst case scenario.
Here are the things I'm planning to do:
Timed drills every other day, with less time than on the official LSAT
I ask Chat GPT to generate boring, and difficult to read passages every day, then answer questions on them to increase my general reading compression skills. (I usually avoid AI so if anyone has recommendations that replace Chat GPT please let me know)
Start doing regular daily activities - like cooking breakfast, getting ready, etc. - with timers. My thought process is that If I get used to timing things in general it will eventually feel like less pressure?
That's all I've got. Does any one have any tips on how to work faster? And how to get rid of that timer/test anxiety?
I need advice on why X essays. When is it needed to write one? I’ve never visited the schools or have family or friends that attended the university. My only reason really for these schools is location and some of the clinics. I don’t want to write an essays that could bring my other ones down. Please help!!
Hello! I am looking for study partners who are in the Pittsburgh area who wouldn't mind being a study partner/group. I am taking the April 2026 exam.
When on my laptop none of the videos show the time in the play bar. They all just stay at 0:00. It would be helpful to know how long the video is before diving in. Also would be helpful to note time point of something you want to revisit so you can easily find it again without having to scan through the videos
Someone please tell me that I am not the only one that has a hard time staying focused while watching videos and learning the LSAT materials? some days its like i am motivated to study and then others and especially if i just took a practice test that week my brain can not stay engaged.
If anyone has any advice that would be great
Hello fellow 7Sagers. I am looking for some people to be part of a study group with me in San Diego. I work FT and am usually available in the evenings after 6 pm, and on weekends the whole day. I will be taking the February and April LSAT. Hope to get a group established.
Hi! I'm still using the classic 7sage website before transitioning over to this newer one next year but the classic website is currently giving a 502 bad gateway error code when I try to access it. I just wanted to inform yall of the issue and see if it will be corrected!
I register for the January test in California specifically SoCal area. Im sorry but scheduling was awful, my nearest test center is 50 miles away compared to the first time which was only 10 miles. Now I have to travel 50 miles and take a test at 7:30 am.
Hello! I am currently registering for the January LSAT and wondering if I should take it in-person or remote. For those who have taken it before, what do you recommend?
hey y’all! This may be a long shot, but I live in Southwest Texas and was looking for an LSAT tutor. My goal score is between 172-175.
Please reach out if you offer any tutoring services.
Is there any updates on the classic site being down?
(It's possible this is doable, and I just cannot figure out how to do it).
After finishing a prep test, it seems you can either review the whole test or filter and look at specific questions. When you click into that question, and then go back, you lose the filter criteria. It would be nice if these two were combined and you could review a batch based on filter criteria.
My specific use case is: looking at questions where I consumed much more than the target amount of time. Most of this platform seems to be geared towards correct vs. incorrect. In my opinion, this is only part of the puzzle. Questions you get correct, but that take up a disproportionate amount of your exam time, are also worthy of review.
Hello guys hope your enjoying your holidays! If your taking the LSAT in January, hit me up and we can form a little study group. I'm located in south Florida. let me know.
